What you'll do

We will meet at The Sweet Spot, a yoga place in the heart of Sonoma Valley. The Sweet Spot is a private retreat center, 15 minutes walking distance to the Sonoma Plaza. We will take a few minutes to connect and build community. This incredible experience includes a guided meditation in nature. You will practice breathing while unraveling the layers of your awareness to bring you to the present moment of gratefulness. Moving through breathing and asana (yoga postures), you will find strength and mobility to deepen your connection with yourself and your purpose, reimaging the expansive energy that your body holds, helping to quiet your mind. Relaxing, energetic, cooling, warming, strength, you make the choice as to where you want to go.
