What you'll do

In my cooking class, you'll learn the art of Vietnamese vegan food - as you’ll get instruction, equipment, and transportation provided.
Before we jump into cooking, we will take a visit to a local pagoda, and we'll reveal the links between veganism and Buddhism. There are many things to know why vegan is more just just diet in Vietnam.
After the visit to local pagoda, we will return to my cooking class. You will make five vegan creations with my step-by-step guidance, and then savor your dishes with your fellow cooks.

I'm a cooking enthusiast who dote on everything about Vietnamese cuisines. I have experiences working as a sous chef in Vietnamese restaurants. I am now running a cooking class in Hanoi, Vietnam.
In my cooking class, besides offering iconic Vietnamese dishes, I also have an option just for vegan. In Vietnam, vegan is more than just a diet. I myself believe there is a strong link between veganism and Buddhism.
And I thus would love to welcome people to my vegan cooking class to enjoy not the dishes but also the stories, practices, and values that all come from veganism.
