What you'll do

The Andes mountain range is impressive without a doubt, but let us show you this magical place not only for its landscape, but for this self-sustaining microbrewery, where they will not only learn to cook beer from their original recipe, but they will also know how to reuse all elements with which we make our beer. And to end the day, we will relax in the hot springs.
At noon (12 am) we will look for them for their accommodation and we will go to the microbrewery, when we arrive we will begin the true experience of what it is like to cook beer explaining the step by step from the grain collection.
Then we will move on to the packaging process, where you can pack the bottles yourself.
In the second part of our experience, you will see the process of washing and satinizing the bottles, where you will know the campaign we do for the reuse of bottles that the entire department participates.
Then they can tour the farm and feed the animals, visiting the pond with fish and the fruit area.
At approximately 5:00 pm we will end our experience with the tasting of pizzas and breads made with brewer's yeast and we will taste the different types to evaluate how much they learned.
And as an extra surprise experience, you can stay in the pool and enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the field by AGUA NEGRA

I am the Founder of Black Water Microbrewery. Since 2001 I started with this interest, first in an amateur way and nowadays with my own craft brewery. I never stopped studying and perfecting myself with courses, books and magazines on the subject. More than 3 years ago I started with this project, producing 500 liters per month of an excellent quality beer, with the particularity that we do it with meltwater that comes from the Andes mountain. We do not want to stop being a boutique brewery, where the premise is quality, cooking from the grain that is the oldest form and recipe following the steps of the monks. We can say that it is a true "Mountain Beer".
