What you'll do

You will be warmly welcomed in Indian tradition with lighting of incense and tikka Aara vermillion dot as appreciation for guests by my husband Mike and Me.

We would start with a wine or masala tea As you get to know us and our wealth of knowledge and special tips on travelling in India , this will be specially useful for Europeans who are planning a luxury break in India and on indian culture and curry.

Over the next 30 mins we will prepare our curry as we aquaint you with what foods to eat and what to avoid on the street for a healthy vacation to India. This comes from my reservoir of former hospitality jobs where as head of public relations at Taj and oberoi hotels I managed itineraries for the rich and famous in Rajasthan and worked closely in marketing Indian luxury.

Both Mike and I have lived in India for 10 years and mike and we loved hosting in New Delhi.

I am an expert on the luxury products india has to offer and as we prepare our curry meal together which will be simple enough for you to replicate in your own kitchens no matter where in the world.

As we eat together we get to talk of french wine and indian curry my husband is a french born wine affcianado he will let you in on tips on Indian food with wine. Feel free to bring a bottle.

Lastly as we share our meal together our four year old will be happy to serve you a macaroon to end the soiree
