What you'll do

We will be part of a fun interactive creative writing & meditative workshop called CO-CREATE. Here, we shall share the vitality of balancing our virtual & real worlds. We shall harness our inner guiding spirit to bring out the best, kindest version of ourselves. Writing is scientifically known to transfer energy, so we shall begin to alter whatever is not in synergy with the highest good of the lives we want.

Introduction - we introduce ourselves with a fun writing game to break the ice.

Self Assessment - we spend a little while becoming aware of who we are and what we want.

Interactive Session - we share the good, bad and ugly about ourselves(me included) and know that we are all in this together.

Tools - I suggest tools that help me immensely internally & externally on a daily basis.

Meditation - an on the go meditation that you can do anywhere, even in the middle of a busy day.

Feedback and hugs - sharing all that you have gained through the workshop and what tools you would like to use.

Hi, I am Ashwini and for this experience, I have collaborated with the lovely Aahana Mulla - your happiness program creator. She has a company called Happy Quotient, where she runs interactive workshops that help us take care of our mental & emotional well being and have fun while doing so. Aahana is a certified personal counsellor and an author while I will help her host this workshop. Together, we will share creative writing techniques and on-the-go meditations as tangible tools to be the best versions of ourselves. Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
