What you'll do

Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the most spectacular mountain environments in the lower 48. From Trail Ridge Road, cresting at over 12,000 feet, to beautiful alpine lakes and snow capped peaks. Wild flowers, wildlife, hiking trails and vast natural beauty. We’ll pass through Estes Park and Lyons where we can stop and enjoy the town or find a sunny spot for a coffee, a beer or both!

We'll start by driving through some of the more beautiful areas of the park, with plenty of time for photo ops. Then we'll lace up our hiking shoes and set off through high mountain valleys in search of shimmering lakes, scenic vistas and fresh pine scented air. Options are endless and can include glissading down a glacier, wandering through sun splashed meadows, or finding a stream to soak our feet- all surrounded by gorgeous high country scenery.

Any time of year is beautiful in the park and winter is no exception. Trekking across frozen lakes with heaving blue ice to see one of the oldest trees in the park is a real treat.

I am a traveler, avid hiker and outdoor adventurer who has been hiking in and guiding tours in the beautiful State of Colorado for many years. My goal is to get you out for an experience unlike others you have had and I take pride in getting ‘wows’ from my clients. I am also a huge fan of electric vehicles and can't wait to show you how far they have come and why you should get one too! Come have a pollution free, majestic blue sky day and see some of the best of Colorado through the panoramic windshield of a Tesla Model X.

Where you'll be

We'll start the day early and proceed from town up, up and up into the Rocky Mountains in a non-polluting electric vehicle with panoramic views. Along the way, we'll pass through Estes Park and other mountain towns where we can stop to take in the sights. Proceeding into the park, I will customize the hike for you based on time of year and weather. Wildlife, jagged peaks and clear air are all on the agenda!

I highly recommend this experience! Beautiful trails and great views. I'm a beginner and i was able to keep up. Bruce went beyond his tour time and made sure I was comfortable. The hike was a great balance of learning and quietness. We saw so many local species. From elks to moose & even an eagle. Check out my i.g veg.mexx to see photos
