We are a family-owned travel agency based in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, I am Mai, and my husband's name isThanh, who are tour guides with more than 10 years experience. We organize tours and vacations in and around Hanoi for those who would love to explore and discover the city and its surroundings.
We experienced to Bai Dinh pagoda and Trang An a long time ago. We got amazing about This Pagoda with typical architecture, big statue, hard-work in building. We really impressive about nature in Trang An, you can relax on boat to see so beautiful landscape. So we decided to organize the tour to discover most beautiful Pagoda in Feng Shui. And you have chance to discover Amazing Nature.

Had a good time on the tour! The pagoda was beautiful and the boat trip was amazing. The ladies who row the boats are so so friendly. And the lunch was pretty good for a buffet! Some issues: We left the host at the pagoda and walked around on our own because we wouldn't have had time to see all the sites. You only get 1 hour for the whole site and the host would only take us to 3 or 4 different areas. I think the day should be split into 2 separate trips tbh. Taken to several 'stops' on the way there and back which conveniently were shops where you can buy gifts etc. It felt like most people by the end of the day wanted to get back to their hotels and the last stop could have saved 30 mins on the journey back.

Mary First of all I have to introduce myself. I am Patrick, French, former owner of travel agencies (100) in France and I have worked in the travel business for many years. I had invited four friends to visit Vietnam. I had chosen your tour proposal because offered via Airbnb, I thought I could benefit from quality service. This was not the case for two essential reasons. First of all, your personal refusal to come and pick us up from the apartment we occupied in Hanoi. The reason mentioned: the importance of traffic and the impossibility of stopping. False pretext. I had to insist and threaten to cancel our reservation to agree to pick us up and you asked us to be ready at 7:15 am for a meeting at 8:00 am at your agency. A way to punish us for our demands. It's scandalous. The bus picked us up and it took six minutes to reach the agency. So we waited half an hour before leaving to pick up the thirteen other customers that the bus picked up by turning for 45 minutes in old Hanoi to the Opera house. Apart from the last three clients taken to the Opera house and a couple of Norwegians whom you went to look for outside of Old Hanoi, all the other clients were therefore housed in Old Hanoi a few minutes' walk from your agency. Consequently, you prefer not to facilitate the excursion to customers staying outside of old Hanoi and to impose more than an hour on the bus to collect customers who could come on foot to your agency. This is unacceptable. On my insistence, in the way back you left us at the Opera and took charge of a taxi which the guide took ten minutes to find with the other passengers on the bus to wait. Your management of customer care is inconsistent. The second reason for our dissatisfaction is with the temperature management on the bus. It was cold the day of our visit. As mentioned above, we had to wait an hour and a half on the bus before really taking our way. We waited until we were on the road to ask for some heating. The driver refused on the pretext that the heater would fog his windshield. This attitude is again unacceptable. We were cold all the day. So of course the visit to the pagoda, the lunch, the boat tour were excellent but all the operators of Hanoi offer the same visits and the monument and nature are the same for all. No, the difference is in the quality of the service and for this excursion your service was zero. You cannot appear on a site like airbnb by offering such a service. Best regard

This was a fantastic day and experience but please note this is just tour group run through Airbnb. I didn't meet the host and the whole day was kind of rushed. However, saying that the places we visited were amazing and I met some great people so still worth the price and experience. I don't think I would have made it to these places by myself.

Overall a decent experience that gets the job done. The food wasn’t that great during the stop. In general, it covered all the bases and we all got to see what we went for. The guide did make a significant effort with the history behind the visits, but that’s about it.
