If you like topics revolving around activism, civil rights, urban revitalization, community art or political history, this experience would be perfect for you! We will meet outside in the vacant lot across the street from MLK’s birthplace home on Auburn Avenue and get an overview of our waking tour. From there we will begin walking through this vibrant neighborhood, steeped in history and art. …

What else you should know

Free street parking is usually available nearby meeting place on Auburn Ave, east of Boulevard Ave. Be prepared to be outside for 2 hours and walk about 2 miles. The walking tour ends at Ponce City Market, about one mile from where tour starts.
