My daughter and I enjoyed our ramen tasting experience with Bunga. It was a very intimate location inside a small ramen shop and got to work with the chef/owner who was both helpful and patient. We learned about the different aspects of making raman, including the effort in making the broth, and then were able to prepare the ingredients for our own ramen bowls (two different types) before eating the ramen meal. After having eaten ramen so may times prior to our visit to Tokyo, it was great to get the insight into making the meals, as well as get to taste some excellent ramen.

Deep was very knowledgeable and kind. Loved meeting and cooking with the owner and learning all about the bases that we couldn’t make due to time too.
