What you'll do

A short walk in the woods brings us to a beautiful green field, calming stream, and the Natural Mineral Spring. We lay our mats down surrounded by nature and the energy of the Mineral Spring for a 45-Minute Yoga Practice. No Experience Necessary! We will connect to mobility, breath, meditation, and all around you. Our Session ends with a short walk to sample the healing Mineral Water right from a Natural Spring! Mats and Yoga Blocks provided. Sessions can be private one-on-one or in a group.

Yoga with Jennifer was so amazing! We got to experience yoga in a way that we never had before and felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jennifer was easy to work with and brought all of the equipment we could need, including umbrellas in case it would rain (it did and it made the yoga that much more relaxing and special). Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.

Wear comfortable movement layers to adjust to light movement, warmth and breeze. As we will be outdoors, please feel free to bring any other items that will make you more comfortable.
