What you'll do

Away from mad city rush - here's a treat to your five senses which offers breathtaking view of rare street art, lots of experiments with local food with conversations, pictures and memories. I'll take you into the seen unseen lanes of India's largest open-air art district in Lodhi Colony.

We will walk through some of the most iconic & colorful wall murals (oh also hidden ones that are secretly placed in backlanes and are very dark, profound & poetic) by the artists from round the world! I will share with you the backstory of each wall art descriptively that will leave you awestruck completely :)

Our experience would be divided into 3 parts:
Part 1 : Exploring Singaporean Lane & its 10 wall murals understanding their back stories + a walk through a hidden lane that has some controversial poetic quotes written behind a factory wall of about 50 feet long
Part 2 : An insider visit to Delhi's first Ice Cream store to see how it looks like & will then enjoy some of most delectable Indian ice creams!
Part 3 : Seeing preparation of a gala South Indian meal of four to five dishes & feasting on it!

Wall murals include The Secret Passage, The wall of life & death, A wall painted by transgender community, Indian streets and flea market, a feminist wall and more. Pls msg if you dont find your suitable time listed! It is a child friendly tour.

Hi! I'm a 28 year old guy who is otherwise an Accountant but an avid traveler explorer & story teller. Also a young art enthusiast who has been working for past couple of years in understanding public art works and been speaking to their artists on short walks to understand what their art works depicts and showcases. Been clicking and hosting meet-ups to introduce people to idea of wall murals and the effort that is put into it. We spend time on weekends spotting and posting about new wall murals in the city and spread the word about art in public domain.

Lodhi Art District is one of India's largest hubs for most unusual wall art called "Murals" which showcases some of the most colorful gratifies does on regular houses of that area with a lot of thought and compassion.

Where you'll be

We will start from Guppy - a popular cafe in Lodhi Colony. I can provide you a pick up from nearest metro station - Jor Bagh to our meeting point. We would walk through the lanes of Lodhi Colony to explore wall murals, followed by spending some time in Ice Cream factory located in walkable distance within the area and then would conclude the meet with some great south Indian breakfast at local eatery popular for its variety and taste.

Loved loved loved this tour. Enjoyed the street art, the neighborhood, our guide Keshav and the delicious street food. This is definitely a different part of Delhi to explore, which many people do not even know exist. The art work is beautiful and Keshav is passionate and provides great explanations. Kershav was a real joy and I would highly recommend booking this tour with him, along with any other tour he offers.

Wow, what a cool experience! From the moment the tour began, it was easy to sense Keshav's passion to learn and share stories behind these murals. Each murals itself was incredible, but I would have never understood the significance if it weren't for this tour. Each piece of art is unique with its own meaning and story, and Keshav knows it all! There are tons of opportunities for photography as well. As if learning about the street art of Lodhi wasn't enough, the tour ends with a delicious sample of Delhi's street food scene. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique experience to learn about the street art and food scene in Delhi.

This was a great way to spend an afternoon in Delhi. It's very unique and not well known in the area. This hidden gem gets you out of the hustle and bustle of Delhi, and you're able to walk around with Keshav stress-free. He's very knowledgable and the neighborhood is huge! The end of the day is great getting to eat at local at a south Indian street food vendor, while having Keshav order for you, getting to try new things.

Fascinating stroll around a beautiful residential area of Delhi that you probably wouldn't go to otherwise unless you were friends with an Indian government employee who lived there. Breaks for delicious ice cream and South Indian food. Super friendly guide (and his new wife), full of information on the murals.

This is an amazing immersion into Delhi’s art district, one that many few locals even experience or know about. I loved it! Keshav is great - knowledgeable, super friendly, and has a passion for the art, even though he is new to the art scene. I could have spent at least another three hours doing this especially with the insights from Keshav that I wouldn’t have gotten from just doing this on my own. This is a special experience and it was a nice treat for me to do something different in Delhi. Book this if you love art, are intrigued by the Delhi art scene or just want a unique tourist experience while you’re here. Thanks, Keshav!

So much fun!!!! This was my first day in Delhi and after 10 days traveling india I can now say it was not only the BEST way to start my trip but remains one of the top highlights of all my adventures. I really wanted to have a local cultural experience, away from all the tourist tours and attractions. I wanted to meet real locals and have real conversations and that’s exactly what happened. Due to a couple cancellations it was just myself Kashev and one other young man. I was a solo traveling female from America and right away I felt instantly safe, befriended and at ease! Which is super important doing a walking tour around the morning streets in a foreign country by yourself as a young woman. We took incredible photos, had great laughs and ate an incredible South Indian breakfast which did not make me sick! So you can trust his judgement haha. I feel like I made a new friend and had a unique experience I could not have had anywhere else. DO THIS TOUR!!!
