I have 3 year cooking experiences at Japanese restaurants in Japan as well as 2 year dining management experiences at an international restaurant in the USA. Now running a local dinner cooking community sharing recipes and ingredients everyday.

We created the traditional Ainu cuisine recipes together with internationally famous chef from Tokyo and Ainu people for the local government.

We can also arrange to your dietary if any requests such as Vegetarian, Vegan and so on since I had several years of vegan experiences.

Please request your preferable date so we may open the calendar for you.

What a lovely experience! Great communication right from the start and the explanation on the history of Ainu food was really in-depth, personal and useful to us :) we were brought around the local town for fresh ingredients and also to collect fresh water from Kamuy-waka which tasted amazingly sweet! Keisuge & Olga was such great hosts as they knew we were interested with the Ainu culture and they were able to invite their local Ainu friends to join us for dinner! We had such great time getting to know more about the culture and was even given the opportunity to watch their dance and ceremonial prayer. This experience was unlike any others out there as it was so personal and we are truly grateful for this experience! :)
