Wow, what a fun cooking experience! We took the Best Living Japan’s tempura cooking class and it did not disappoint! We made miso soup, a spinach sesame salad and all kinds of different tempura in a friendly, encouraging learning environment. The kitchen space is open and inviting - perfect for learning new cooking methods and techniques. The course was very hands on and our teacher, Yuki, was very knowledgeable and told us stories of her Mom teaching cooking classes when she was a child. My daughter (11) took the class with me and I know she will remember it for years to come. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
