We will meet at the dock at B'More SUP. You will be able to store any bags, etc in our paddle shack. Then we will do a brief intro to paddling lesson on the dock. Hello! I am Jessie, the founder of FloYo Fitness, a brand of standup paddle board fitness and yoga. I lead SUP yoga classes, workshops and retreats around the world. And I am based right here in Baltimore every summer! I have been teaching group fitness classes for 15 years and SUP fitness for 9 years! I am passionate about being outside connecting with nature and I have found that SUP yoga is the perfect way to connect with both the beauty of our world and also with our own breath!
