What you'll do

first we will give the history knowledge and personal knowlegde about the corn culture in the traditional mexican cuisine from a little of the legacy and history of corn to the preparation of typical food. The experience consist we teach them the traditional process of preparing Mexican antojitos , starting with the dough corn elaboration, preparing the molcaje sauce, cooking their food on a firewood grill and the same time you will learning about the types of snacks that exist based on corn dough and tasting a typical meal handmade.

Where you'll be

The location of this experience is in a principal avenue of Cancun is a urban area close to some local markets where we will previously acquire fresh and regional products for your traditional food. Our workshop will be in our beautiful roof terrace in my airbnb building terrace where we have the perfect space , the freshness and confort with a cute Mexican decoration. You will feel in home, mi casa es tu casa :)
