About your host

In 2010, I decided to fulfill an old dream. I left journalism to become a professional chocolatier. Before starting SWEET55, I graduated with a degree in pastry and trained with chocolatiers and dessert artists in my home country Switzerland. What we’ll do

You'll enter our commercial kitchen, get an apron and the fun starts! We'll introduce you to our automatic tempering machines, and you learn why tempering is important in chocolate work. We demonstrate how to temper a small batch of chocolate, and then let you temper your own. Once you understand the technique, we move on to the next step.
