I am a Holistic Practitioner (2002), Tai Chi Instructor (2001), Reiki Master (2014) and certified Reflexologist (2002). Originally from China, I grew up with an appreciation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the martial arts. Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practised for both its defence training and its health benefits. It is based on the philosophy of yin and yang, which is translated into the movements. Tai chi promotes harmony between body, mind and spirit. Deep stretching combined with a full range of motions strengthens the body and calms the mind. I will show you that Tai Chi is FUN!
