What we’ll do

During this experience we will make some traditional cheeses: curd cheese and ricotta with explanation of the seasoning instructions. At the end of the processing, in the dinner we will also taste some cheeses of our production (cheese with negramaro and so on ...) combined with some of our homemade jams (of figs, orange and ginger ...). What else you should know

Guests will be provided with all the tools to work and all the raw materials. In addition to each group of guests will be given away the dairy products we made and a particular jam.
