About your host

I had my very first pastry class 7 years ago, worked in sales & marketing for 5 years and I'm a professionally trained pastry chef from Ferrandi, one of the best culinary schools in the world. Mastered French in 3 months and became a Parisienne in 2014, I spend most of my time exploring pastry shops and restaurants in…

Where you'll be

We will walk around the neighbourhood, visiting 8-12 pastry/chocolate shops, fine food stores and markets (opening times may vary), tasting some of their best creations and learning about the history of the area. We'll do the tastings either inside the shops or outside when it's nice and sunny. Pastries containing milk and cream are best enjoyed immediately to ensure freshness, which is why we don't keep them till the end for a picnic.
