I hold a Diploma from IATA in Geneva and bring 35 years of experience in the global travel industry. For two decades, I successfully operated my own travel company, gaining deep expertise in customer service, tour design, and international operations. I also have hands‑on experience owning and managing a Thai restaurant, giving me strong insight into hospitality, food culture, and guest experience. I am a foodie and love to cook and feed and, I will make sure my guests are well fed in my tours.
