About your host

I have been practising and studying Yoga for over 20 plus years and have gained so many benefits that I am passionate to teach others, so they too can enjoy the wonders of Yoga. I have the International Teacher Training Diploma and many other qualifications from various courses and workshops.

What we’ll do

Initial relaxation and meditative/mindfulness focus for the session, lung exercises and (pranayama/) breathwork, muscle and deep tissue stretching and toning, joint opening and final relaxation with cellular rejuvenation.

What else you should know

What I’ll provide

Drinks
By all means bring your own water and/or water bottle to fill, otherwise I have water and glasses inside the Yoga Studio.
Equipment
By all means bring your own mat, but I have plenty of mats, blocks, straps, cushions, blankets, sweat cloths etc.

What to bring

If you want to take a shower ore or post the session you might like to bring a change of clothes.
I have mats, blocks, cushions and blankets you can use but by all means bring your own items if you prefer.
I have water and glasses available but by all means bring your own water bottle and you can refill if you need/wish.
