I became a custodian to Esk Mountain in 2024 & am passionate about restoring nature at scale across this incredible site through connecting people with the wonder of the natural world. I have been running guided foraging walks for over a decade now having I have spent my life collecting, cooking & feasting on the freshest wild flavours.
