It is a long day but with the right tour guide absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We also had a problem and lost our bag with our money passports and everything important and panicked and was running everywhere. Thankfully our tour guide Jorvani gave us his number. I finally called it he answered first ring and confirmed he had it safe with him that we forgot it at winery and he had got a call on his free time and went back and got it for us. He was a life saver. He also goes at a very slow pace so that you can take every thing in. We had a beautiful time in sienna Tuscany.

The company and the host were not very responsive- my sister was having trouble walking fast in the rain - it was slippery and dangerous and the hostess was not sympathetic. I had tried to contact the agency before the experience to ask them if it was safe for a 75 year old to be out - they did not respond - it was a hard start But things improved by the end of the day
