About me

Co-founded the Chocolade Ambassade (Chocolate Embassy) in the heart of Ghent. Passionate about chocolate and cacao. Honoured to work with Belgium’s finest artisanal chocolatiers. The Chocolade Ambassade is an interactive chocolate shop where we curate chocolates from Belgium’s award-winning chocolatiers and host tastings and hands-on workshops to share the craftsmanship behind Belgian chocolate, with a strong focus on cacao.
