I have learned cooking from my mother and have been doing cooking classes for my guests and friends’ hotel guest for over 3 years now. For each cooking class, I buy all ingredients locally that same day. Together we make 16-20 curries and I teach you the basics of cooking traditional Sri Lankan meals. In the end you take a little recipe booklet home so you can also cook for your friends back home. Like this not only you get to experience the amazing Sri Lankan cuisine.
