I’m a chef with Michelin-level training in Italy and the United States, specializing in pasta made by hand in the traditional method known as "sfoglia". I studied pasta making at La Vecchia Scuola Bolognese, worked under Evan Funke in Beverly Hills, and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens including Le Calandre (3★) and Osteria del Viandante (1★) in Italy. I currently cook at The Wolf’s Tailor (1★) in Denver. domī brings these experiences together in an intimate, hands-on setting.
