Levin as our tour host was great! He knows his stuff, he is helpful and efficient, has a great sense of humor, worked with people involved with our activities all along the way, and did a great job keeping our group together and our itinerary on schedule. He helped members of our group with individual needs, snapped our photo, and made sure everyone was having a great time. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

The host (Tsubasu) was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He knew so much and how to engage the group in a way that kept things entertaining. Mt. Fuji was stunning as we were able to go all the way to Station 5 (halfway up the mountain)! The cable ride was stunning and the river was a nice cap to the trip. The bus rides were calm and informative. Overall, a good trip.

Our tour was terrific. Although the rain didn't allow us to view Mt Fuji or take the cruise, it was a pleasure to have Mai-son, as our guide. Her communication of the day's activities and sites was excellent. She even created little posters with visuals to help the group stay engaged and informed. She also walked to the back of the bus to show us her pictures. She worked hard to make alternate plans since the weather did not cooperate. It's obvious Mai-son loves her job and she is excellent at it.
