I was born on a farm in Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany, just minutes from Florence. Here I learned the art of making great wines and the secrets to making an excellent extra virgin olive oil from my father and grandfather. Later, together with my staff, I started successfully organizing food and wine events and cooking classes 30 years ago. Today I want to pass on this knowledge to my guests by dedicating a lot of time to them, also offering dishes based on truffles from our lands.
