An unforgettable workshop from a dedicated, informed, passionate and 5th generation local Italian organic farmer/chef/sommelier/foodie/family man! A must do (and great value!) for anyone looking for a way to learn and continue to apply authentic Italian cooking traditions at home and over the rest of their lifetime. The food and wine menu curated by Giancomo was superb and top notch. The workshop portion was fun, thoughtful, and professional. Giancomo taught intentionally, highlighting the concepts and context about why Italian cuisine and cooking is of the best in the world and how to achieve similar results through informed ingredient sourcing , imported and/or local. I will undoubtably be booking another session on our next trip! There is no doubt in my mind that this workshop is the equivalent or higher than one you would get in a culinary university curriculum.
