I’m the co-founder of Babka Zana, a Parisian bakery that celebrates the rich tapestry of Jewish baking traditions. Inspired by my Ashkenazi roots and generations-old family recipes, I brought to life my dream of a bakery centered entirely on babka. Since opening, we've become an icon of Jewish-Mediterranean pastry, uniting Ashkenazi and Sephardic influences with irresistible creations like chocolate hazelnut, pistachio orange blossom, and lemon halva babkas (with a new seasonal flavor monthly).
