If you want a horrible experience and terrible communication this is the place to go. My experience started horribly. I messaged the host that i was running 7 minutes behind in advance due to things out of my control. When i reached i didn’t see anyone so i asked if i could meet them at the next stop . Nathan said he would contact the tour guide . I was left waiting for almost 30 minutes . After me double texting, Nathan told me that that’s it was hard to contact the guide . Instead of telling me this earlier , i was left just waiting for 30 minutes. I made this a 2 star because i was able to spot another guide called Monica who took me in , it was in Spanish , and i only speak English but she was able to translate what she could on the side . In my honest opinion this is the worst tour company ever , except from Monica coz she tried her best .
