What you'll do

I will ask you about your interests and goals for the class. We will walk approximately for 15 minutes through one of Gothenburg’s beautiful parks to a perfect spots for practicing. The 75 minute class will begin with a mental and physical sequence for focus and settling. Then we will explore asanas (postures) and breath work that work for your session. To finish I will guide you through a meditation to integrate your experience. After your class we will share an organic tea, juice or a smoothie and take in the natural sights and sounds. Expect to move your whole body, to gain deeper understanding of correct alignment or revisit alignment technique if you are more experienced, to expand your breathing capacity, to stimulate your spine and sharpen your mind. I like to use some props and/or integrate what we have in our surroundings in our practice. At the end of the session you will feel at ease and present in your body.

We will practice at one of the many beautiful natural spots Botaniska Trädgården, Gothenburg’s most important botanical park, has to offer. There is a cozy outdoor covered area in case of rain so don’t let the weather put you off!

Eventhough it was a bit cold and cloudy and my son was sick, we had a great experience, being introduced to Yoga. Francisca was very kind and helped us at our level and the surroundings were perfect!

If you're in Gothenburg and interested in yoga this is a must! Francisca's knowledge is great. I've been doing yoga in my gym but I have never had a lesson where I genuinely felt I was doing it correctly and that the teacher genuinely cared. She's also an extremely interesting and caring person and the park is beautiful. Would definitely do again!

I’m doing for nearly a year in my home town but i’ve never had such a yoga session as i had with francisca. She is an absolute expert in her subject and explains all the moves very well and helps you when you need support. She also realises immidiately when you’re doing a move incorrectly or have a special issue and helps you with that. Furthermore, she is an interesting person and it was nice to talk to her. I give a big recommendation for all travelers to gothenburg. Start the stay in this wonderful city with a yoga session with francisca and your day will get a boost. All the best francisca!

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

What to bring

Comfortable clothes to move in. A warmer layer for the less active parts of the class.
