I was born and raised in cairo and lived here my whole life, I've been immersed in the culture of food here for 25 years and tasted a variety of food from many places around cairo. During this time i've judged and found the highest quality places and gained favourites which i went on to introduce to many international guests over the past 5 years, helping them discover traditional dishes and explore hidden jems that only a local like me would know, to give them a real Egyptian food experience.
