I’m a certified teacher, licensed pilot and mother of monozygotic twins. I’m fluent in English and German, working on my Spanish and French. This tour is offered primarily in English, and runs year round! What we’ll do

We’ll meet at the Mimico GO train station a short distance from the locally famous San Remo bakery! As we walk towards the waterfront, I’ll give you a brief history of the train station and the inside scoop on the village of Mimico. Where you'll be

This tour takes place mainly outside. Discover the historic village of Mimico, and find out how it got its name! Explore the water front of the city’s west end, and learn about waterfowl and other nature in the area. Enjoy a snack at a local coffee shop, and capture images of the iconic white bridge scene on many Toronto postcards!

Communication policy

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests ages 10 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
