About your host

I have been a Tour Guide since 2010 beginning the journey at Castletown House a fine example of Palladian Mansion. Then onto Farmleigh House, a former Guinness Home and a fantastic, free place to visit beside the Phoenix Park. From there Áras an Uachtaráin the President's home beckoned. What we’ll do

We will begin in 1690, the year that changed Dublin culturally, socially and historically and laid the foundations for Dublin's Georgian wealth. Coffee Houses in 1700's were centres of commerce and trade where so much of Dublin life was lived and we will understand why.
