About your host

I am a qualified Xpert Certified Pole Fitness Instructor. I am 42 years old and started pole Fitness at the age of 39. I own my own studio in Pompano Beach, Fl where I teach a variety of Pole Fitness Levels. I have competed 3 times professionally in 2017 an 18; placing 1st in my division. What we’ll do

You will learn the fundamental of Pole sport. No upper body strength required for beginners . This will be basic upright spins and a combo where you will learn for a 1 minute choreography for you to video yourself of the amazing progress that you accomplished within an hour while getting a great fun workout.

What else you should know

No prior experience needed. Just come to have fun and get a great workout while doing so.

Guest are encouraged to bring a water bottle or sports drink. Yoga Mats are provided for warm-up Stretch
