At 9am meet your horse at the Lava Island Falls day use area. We only take 2 people maximum so this is a very private and personalize ride. We will have a brief introduction and safety talk and then head out to ride along the Deschutes River through the cool ponderosa pine forest stopping along the way to look at the majestic scenery and take photographs. We often see eagles, osprey, beavers and otters along the trail. The trail winds for 4 miles all the way to Dillion Falls where we will take a break for coffee and croissants before returning and enjoying the views from a different angle. We return to the starting point at 12pm
