About me

I am hand-regenerating a wasabi stream that had been abandoned for farming. It is a tatami-stone style wasabi stream that has been recognized as a UNESCO World Agricultural Heritage Site. The stonework built by our ancestors, nestled deep in the mountains, is truly magnificent and impressive. I lived in Australia for two years, working in agriculture. I am a licensed geoguide.
