This tour will be great for you if you are looking for an extremely well-priced, surface-level tour of the main sites of Rio. If you are looking for more in-depth info about Rio’s culture, politics, history, etc in English or Spanish; a more expensive tour might be a better option. Every bit of info relayed by the guide was translated into Portuguese, Spanish and English so we did not get very in depth info for the Spanish or English speakers. The organizing was very smooth and our guide was very charming. Would recommend this if you only have 1 day to hit all of the tourist sites and don’t need too in depth of a guide.

Our tour guide was awesome. Plinio did a fabulous job with the tour. He was knowledgeable and provided context and explanations as needed as we drove and on arrival at each location. The cost of this experience being advertised here on Airbnb is very misleading - it’s a marketing ploy - to get you to book - then you get a long message the day before telling you the cost of tickets that must be collected day of by the guide. Advertise the entire cost so folks can prepay! This might also help with reducing delays at each pickup stop! Lunch was around 3:30, so be prepared for that because Rio traffic is no joke. Bring snacks and water or buy food at stops.

Wow!! Marcelo was our guide- he was funny, spoke three or more languages and made everyone feel welcome by making jokes and being a great person. He connected with my family and we had a great time. We saw a lot in a very busy day. The pace was great. The buses were VERY CLEAN. They made it easy to enjoy the sites with no worries for parking or other issues. MARCELO MADE THE TRIP IN HIS WELCOMING BRASILIAN WAY!! 10 ⭐️ all day!

1. Fantastic host. Properly communicated. I was a bit concerned as I did not know how well Airbnb automatically translates. Host even coordinated later and personal pickup not in listing. They take multiple forms of payment. 2. BEST TOUR GUIDE IN HISTORY. Barbie was energetic every moment of the tour. She added in personal notes of history and everything is memorized by heart. She was very punctual and kept the group moving on time. 3. Fantastic driver who knows all the roads. If anyone has him, remember Botofoga!!! I came to Rio looking at many tours that offer many types of prices for the sights seen. Their coordination for this tour made everything very quick and smooth. No hassling in lines waiting to pay for every exhibit. Some people might complain about trying to cram so many major sites into one day, but for all the major photo moments, Barbie ensured we got much more than we paid for. She is also an excellent photographer. A huge OBRIGADO from USA! VIVE BRAZIL!!!
