We had a wonderful time What a special experience. Not only did we learn a lot about flour and pasta making, but we just had a great afternoon and evening. The way Mark and Marie Antonietta explained things was particularly pleasant. They didn't let us mess around, but did it for us and then indicated what we could improve to get even better pasta. Very useful and fun. The highlight was the shared meal. The company of the whole family, the food, the delicious drinks, the place: Everything was perfect! An experience for life! So absolutely recommended!
