Cecilie is a excellent guide with a personal touch. After discussing our hiking experience and wishes we went for a medium difficult hike in Kanadaskogen. We had a great time, hiking paths we would not have without a guide, seeing, hearing and experiencing the rough mountains and landscape. Halfway through she arranged lunch and drinks to keep our energy level and spirit up. Cecilie is also pleasant company. In our conversations she gave us a lot of insights in Norwegian culture. Top level experience!

This was my familys and my first mountain hike! this experience truly let's you connect to the Earth as you walk over rocks/stones/grass. Cecilie is wonderful! My mother ( 58 yrs young ) was able to conquer the entire hike with cecilies help. She didn't find it too difficult or felt like giving up because Cecilie kept her motivated and encouraged the whole time. She's So knowledgeable about the area, about the soil, about what it is like to live in mountains away from technology. She was really thoughtful and accommodating when it came to the hike. Her meal prep was simple yet tasty and she even was mindful of our dietary restrictions. She takes you to her own little cabin in the woods ( a traditional Norwegian log cabin ) and engages you in stories that keep the entire hike entertaining.
