I am a cooking instructor who loves Japanese home cooking. I have been holding cooking classes for many years, mainly for children, and I have felt great joy in teaching cooking and connecting with people through food.
I have had many opportunities to entertain visitors from overseas at my home, and I have developed a strong desire to share Japanese home cooking with more foreigners. In addition, from my own experience of participating in French and Spanish cooking classes, I realized that cooking experiences can be the gateway to cultural exchange, and I began to think about starting a class to introduce Japanese food culture.
Although I have little experience teaching foreigners, I can speak English and have English recipes available. I would like to provide an experience that allows you to feel the warmth and seasonal feeling of a Japanese home through cooking.
