About your host

Chef Andrew Greene originally hails from Southern California but has called San Francisco his home for the past twelve years since moving here to attend SFAI. His love for art quickly transitioned from the canvas to the plate, and he strives to cultivate and encourage mind expansion. He was previously Executive Chef at Troya Fillmore and Social Kitchen and Brewery. He's currently a free agent.

What we’ll do

Welcome to the world I call emulsion. By definition, emulsion is a fine dispersion of minute droplets of one liquid in another in which it is not soluble or miscible. I'll take you on a unique journey that explores the essence of pairing unexpected ingredients in unusual forms, reflecting the concept and experience of emulsion. Bold California white wines or heavy pinots will be great pairings…
