Definitely would recommend this excursion to other people. Transport was on time and efficient. The driver Pablo was very nice and we didn’t have any problems on our way to the sites or on our way back. Jessi was our guide and she did a great job making sure we were informed about the next steps in our trip. She was very responsible and took good care of us, making sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Lastly our pyramids guide Diego was very knowledgeable and he was very interactive and showed great communication skills.

From pick up to drop off, the day's activities were well coordinated and seamlessly planned out. All the personnel / guides involved were all knowledgable and attentive to all the participants, and they put in a lot of effort to make sure that everyone has a great experience. The views from the balloon were beautiful and I enjoyed learning briefly about the Teotihuacan culture. Would definitely recommend!

I know this tour is pricey, but trust me, it is WORTH EVERY PENNY! The hot air balloon experience was incredible, eating at La Gruta was delicious and it was so cool to be inside a cave-restaurant, and the guide of Teotihuacán was super engaging. The only suggestion would be to give a bit more time to shop at the venders inside the ruins because I missed some of the tour because I was buying a souvenir. Overall, I highly recommend this tour!
