I grew up just over the hill from Muir Woods in Mill Valley. Mt. Tam and the redwood forests were my playground for myself and my childhood pals. Weekday guests need to take the 10AM ferry from San Francisco's Ferry Building. We meet at 10:30AM in Sausalito by the Ferry Landing benches. If driving to Sausalito, park in town lot #4 ($5-$25/day)

Where you'll be

We meet at the ferry landing in the charming bayside town of Sausalito and shuttle to Mill Valley, nestled at the foot of Mt. Tamalpais, the locals' favorite peak. We stroll into an ancient redwood forest, following a fern-lined creek and hidden paths on this magical hike into the natural heart of Marin County. Note: If the walk is booked full or you can meet us in downtown Mill Valley, please contact me and we might be able to accommodate you.
