At Northampton Community College I spent a semester learning about Asian philosophies, but most importantly about meditating. What started out as an easy class led me to visit multiple temples that practice Hinduism and Buddhism. What we’ll do

You will bring a mat and a pillow to my home. We will start out talking about the process of the guided meditation. Each week we will have a different theme, which can include: pain, stress, tension, etc. I will guide everyone in the room to close their eyes, and start focusing on their breath. We will all try to focus on "Watching" our breath and not control it. We will then feel our breath go in…
