The meeting point was hard to find - look up a photo of the monument to know what to look for ahead of time!
The host and chef were both very knowledgeable and friendly. The instructions were clear and the space was big enough for everyone to sit and work. Each person gets 2 drinks (alcoholic or nonalcoholic). They gave us the recipes for at home, however the actual Ramen broth takes many hours so we didn’t make that and were only provided the chicken broth recipe (they offered 6 options in the class). Each person makes their own ramen noodles and chops veggies & pork for the soup and fried rice. You make gyoza but then they are all fried/steamed together so you don’t end up eating the ones you make. Only a few people actually cooked the fried rice. Due to needing to break up the group to cook noodles at different times, by the time we sat down to eat, the gyoza and fried rice were cold, though the ramen was warm. We were disappointed the food was cold and not as hands-on as expected.
