What you'll do
We'll meet up to learn about the Pretty Brown Girl movement – its inspiration, ideals, and goals. The director of the Charles Wright museum, which focuses on influential black women in history, will guide us. We'll eat together, then create a Pretty Brown Girl care package of our signature doll and a personal letter from our group. The recipients of this gift will be present to share her stories.
