I am Francesco and I am an 100%-Italian born in Padova. I have lived, studied and worked abroad for many years but I really love my land as it is full of art, culture, history, beautiful landscapes and excellent food & wine. I love sports and I spend much time cycling around local areas of Veneto region. Moreover I am very passionate about local history and its monuments. I have done many solo cycling tours in Veneto: Padova- Bassano del Grappa, Colli Euganei e Colli Berici, Venezia-Padova-Vicenza-Verona and more.
I am a sociable and easy-going guy who likes to meet people from everywhere.

Die Tour hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Francesco kennt sich exzellent mit der Geschichte Paduas aus und ich habe viel Interessantes, aber auch fun facts gelernt. Achtung: man braucht eine funktionierende Kreditkarte.

The early evening bike trip was an adventure riding on smooth brick streets, cobblestone roads, gravel pathways. Each stop was highlighted with very knowledgeable information about the city of Padova. Our host was delightful telling us personal stories when we stopped for a coffee break. We returned to eat a delicious pizza and drink! If you are a fairly good biker, this trip is for you.

Francesco was totally flexible in terms of the weather (we had drizzle) and provided constant interesting conversation. We felt we made a friend in 2 hours and would highly recommend seeing Padua by bicycle.
