My Name is Xavier . I am a certified Natha Yoga Instructor, and it has been a 3 years process Diploma. I discovered Yoga during my first travel in India in 2003. What we’ll do

Quickly escape the stress and busyness of the city by starting your day with an energizing Natha yoga Led Class. Followed by a Beginner-friendly Guided Meditation Class and a practical introduction to the practice of Mindfulness and how it can help you be more productive, more joyful and more compassionate.

What else you should know

Please arrive in comfortable clothes. Stretchable gym clothes that allow movement is all right.
